No. To prevent damage from weather, moisture, or dew, all tables and chairs must be stored indoors, under cover, or in a secure, covered area overnight when not actively in use.

If items are returned undamaged: Your $50.00 security deposit is 100% fully refundable and will be released back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days following post-rental inspection.

If items are damaged: The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from this deposit. If damages exceed $50.00, Section 6 of our rental agreement applies.

Round-trip delivery fees are calculated based on local service zones:

Our standard rate covers up to 1–3 full days (typically Friday through Monday, up to 60 total hours) for stress-free weekend events.

Standard Folding Chair: $0.83 / day
White Resin Chair: $1.33 / day
Rectangular Banquet Table: $3.00 / day
Cocktail High-Top Table: $4.33 / day
Round Table (60"): $5.00 / day

Standard delivery includes drop-off and pickup at driveway level, front porch, or garage entrance. If our crew needs to carry items past the driveway through gates, down walkways, or into a backyard, a $20 labor placement fee applies per order.

We provide local delivery throughout Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, Portland, Tualatin, Sherwood, Aloha, and surrounding Portland metro communities.

Tables: 60" (5ft) round wooden tables, 6ft rectangular banquet tables, and 30" high-top cocktail bistro tables.

Chairs: Commercial plastic folding chairs (black) and high-end white resin padded wedding chairs.

Yes! Every single table and chair is thoroughly sanitized, inspected, and organized before every event so your setup is ready to use immediately upon delivery.

We’re talking one day booking and next day rental. We chosen RT delivery service (worth the extra fee) and she  promptly delivered and communicated the time frame from beginning to end. Very professional and pleasant. Booked Friday for Sat use and Monday return — the timeframe was extremely helpful for setup. I would defn use this rental place again. The chairs and tables are fantastic, new and clean. Can’t rave about them enough!! Ty for making my bf’s 40th a success! Appreciate it!

We rented 3 tables & 30 chairs for a surprise party, and overall, the quality of the equipment and the process went smoothly. There was a small mix-up at drop-off where 28 chairs arrived instead of the 30 we ordered. While there was a slight misunderstanding initially about the count, the company handled the resolution perfectly. They were incredibly fair, completely removed the charge for the two missing chairs, and returned our full deposit without any issues. Mistakes happen, but a company that handles billing discrepancies with honesty and excellent customer service deserves 5 stars. We would absolutely use them again!

We rented tables & chairs for our family gathering this weekend. They were able to provide us the amount we needed in a very short reserved window. Romina was very responsive & answered any questions I had. She & her husband was very accommodating in dropping off & picking up the rental we needed for a family gathering on a Sat. However, we weren’t gonna be home on Friday for the drop off. Our daughter’s wedding was taking place in Washington on that Friday. And we were gonna be gone from Thursday until Saturday afternoon. Romina & her husband came on Wed. morning to drop off & picked them up on Mon. morning. We literally had the rentals for 5 straight days for just renting them out on a 1-day rental price. We were very impressed how clean & new the chairs & tables were. We definitely recommend renting their services for your gathering or celebration. And if we ever have another event they will be the first company we contact. Thank you ALRO Rentals for being available & accommodating.
